Application requirements:
1. Application Form:

Please indicate Polymer Science as your Field of Study on your application form.
2. Transcripts from all colleges or universities attended, regardless of whether or not a degree was received
3. Recommendation letters: There is no specific form for letters of recommendation. But they should be sealed and signed over the envelope flap by the recommender.
4. GRE (General Test) & TOEFL scores*: Please arrange to have them sent directly from ETS to our university. Our university code is 3915.
5. Personal statement
6. Application Fee ($55 for on-line application - highly recommended, or $75 for paper application.)
*TOEFL score (for international students):
Minimum requirement - 550 Paper-based; 213 computer-based; or 80 Internet-based
The applicant must submit all official documents to our Graduate School.
Unofficial, certified, or notarized copies are not acceptable. We recommend that the applicant submit all supporting materials in one package to our graduate school at the address below.
